Hi everyone, I’m Steve Hinds, I’m 54, and I’m a health and fitness coach who specialises in helping middle-aged men and women feel better about themselves – fitter, stronger, healthier, leaner, and more confident.

 

Over the years I’ve coached all kinds of people – from physique/figure competitors stepping on stage, to everyday clients getting in the best shape of their lives for photoshoots or big occasions.

 

But honestly, that’s a small part of what I do…

 

Most of my work is with real people – busy mums and dads, professionals in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at them.

 

I help them rebuild their energy and confidence, and learn how to stay consistent with training and nutrition, without giving up the lifestyle they love.

 

At 54, I like to think I lead by example…

 

I train hard, eat well, and I’ve faced my own fair share of adversity – but it’s shaped me into the person I am today.
