I’m Steve Hinds, 54.
I’ve spent over 35 years coaching and training at every level, from physique and sports performance athletes, to helping thousands of everyday men and women in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and beyond who simply wanted to feel strong, healthy and energised again.
Most of my work is with real people – busy mums and dads, professionals in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at them.
I help them rebuild their energy and confidence, and learn how to stay consistent with training and nutrition, without giving up the lifestyle they love.
At 54, I like to think I lead by example…
I train hard, eat well, and I’ve faced my own fair share of adversity – but it’s shaped me into the person I am today.

How ENERGISE Works
At the very core of Energise is my monthly 1-to-1 online coaching.
This is where training, nutrition, lifestyle and recovery are managed together, reviewed regularly and evolved over time. It is, by a clear margin, the most effective way to achieve meaningful, long-term results and allows me to support you at the highest level.
That level of support, while preferable, isn’t always necessary.
- Some people want expert guidance around nutrition and fuelling their body (FUEL)
- Others need clear, progressive structure in the gym (TRAIN)
- Some benefit most from a focused fat-loss programme to regain momentum or act as a springboard to a larger transformation (BLITZ).
That’s why FUEL, TRAIN and BLITZ exist, to address each of these areas individually, while remaining aligned with the same strong core values, high standards and honest approach that underpin all ENERGISE coaching.

ENERGISE BLITZ
8-week fat-loss focused programme
BLITZ is a structured programme designed to reduce body fat, increase energy and restore body confidence. It’s ideal for people who feel stuck, want greater organisation, and are looking to lower body weight in a supportive group environment.
Many people use BLITZ as a reset, regaining control of training and nutrition, improving energy levels and laying the foundations for longer-term success.
ENERGISE FUEL
Nutrition & Health Coaching
FUEL is designed for people who want to improve the quality of their nutrition to support health, energy, digestion, focus and metabolism, whilst also improving body composition. It’s suitable whether you train regularly, train occasionally, or are simply looking to feel better day to day.
Coaching focuses on food quality, fuelling the body appropriately, supporting digestion, managing appetite and maintaining a healthy, functioning metabolism. The approach is practical, flexible and evolves over time, based on how your body responds and how you live your life.
ENERGISE Train
Structured Training Programming
TRAIN is designed for people who want clear, progressive structure in the gym without full 1-to-1 coaching. It’s a low-cost option, ideal for those who are happy training independently and don’t require regular check-ins or ongoing communication.
Programmes focus on improving strength and body composition, with progression built in over time. TRAIN removes guesswork around exercise selection, technique and execution, while keeping support simple, structured and affordable.
Transformations
Most people don’t come to me chasing a dramatic transformation.
They come with quite modest goals. “Lose a few pounds, feel fitter, drop a dress/belt size”.
Fit back into clothes they’ve quietly avoided for years. Something realistic, something manageable, something they believe is just about possible.
What tends to happen next is where things get interesting…
Those initial goals are often achieved far quicker than expected. Confidence builds, habits settle, and the body starts responding quickly, and then the ceiling lifts.
What began as ‘a few small changes’ turns into visible strength, real physical change, and a level of consistency people didn’t think they were capable of.
We don’t just hit the original target, we smash it out of the ball park… and then keep going.
That’s what I’d consider my coaching superpower.
Taking someone’s starting point, however small it feels, and helping them discover just how much more is possible.
My passion isn’t chasing extremes, it’s unlocking potential, building momentum, and guiding people far beyond what they originally thought was possible.
The transformations you see here aren’t accidents…
