You will receive a 3, 4 or 5 DAY TRAINING PROGRAMME (dependent on commitments) – designed to meet you at your current ABILITY LEVEL.

 

Whether that be BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE or ADVANCED.

 

 

All EXERCISES on your TRAINING PROGRAMME will come with detailed VIDEO TUTORIALS, explaining and demonstrating the SET-UP and EXECUTION of each exercise, to ensure you’re training SAFELY, EFFICIENTLY and EFFECTIVELY.

 

 

The PROGRAMME is really USER-FRIENDLY, all based on the ENERGISE APP – meaning that you can track and monitor your PROGRESSION on your PHONE.

COMMUNITY

All entrants will be set-up in a separate group on the ENERGISE app – so you have access to STEVE all day, every day (within reason… the man has to sleep and train!)

Group chats on short-term programmes work fantastically well, as everyone is in it together…

You’ll motivate, inspire and encourage each other as you work your way through the programme – if you’re having a ‘down day’, others will lift you up – and vice versa – you can be there for others on their tougher days.

Yes, Blitz has been designed to work in all commercial gyms and make the most out of equipment commonly found in them.

I do coach people who train at home/work gyms, but that requires a more bespoke set-up.

I can assign you a 3, 4 or 5 day weight training programme, depending on how much time you’re prepared to commit to – we will also need to fit in some cardio training either post-workout or during another part of the day.

Absolutely not, this programme would work perfectly fine for athletes of all levels…

Beginners, intermediate, advanced or even elite level athletes.

BLITZ can accommodate whatever life throws at you, whether that’s a weekend away, a business brunch, a social event – it’s designed to work around your lifestyle.

No, I coach clients from 15 through to 65, male and female. Age is not a concern with this programme. 

You will however need to check with your local gym to find out whether they have a minimum age requirement.

Some gyms do, and might require you to train with a responsible adult.

Please respect their rules and their right to enforce them. I cannot issue refunds once you’ve started this programme.
