Ideally you’ll need access to a mixture of free weights, cables and resistance machines for me to be able to design a varied and enjoyable programme for you. The more basic the set-up, the more basic the programme and the more monotonous your training will inevitably be.
Cardio is not the primary focus of Energise TRAIN.
You can include cardio alongside the programme based on your goals and preferences.
Most sessions last 60-75 minutes, depending on experience level, rest periods and desired goals.
