When Aaron came to me he was convinced he had a sugar addiction… he didn’t, he just consumed far too much processed food.

The bloating, gas and distension he was suffering was all caused by additives, flavourings, preservatives, etc – once we tidied up his diet and had him consuming a high percentage of single ingredient unprocessed foods, the situation changed considerably.

Just a few weeks later Aaron was stood in front of the photographers lens, and a few months after that he was treading the stage in the JP Grand Prix in Newcastle.
