Do any of these sound familiar? ????

1️⃣  You keep delaying things and putting things off – even if you know that doing them would be in your best interests.

2️⃣  You keep making promises to yourself and then breaking them… “I’ll start eating healthier on Monday” – but you don’t… “I’ll start regular walking next week” – but you don’t.

3️⃣  Refusing to seek support, even when you know it could be beneficial with regards to changing your own situation.

4️⃣  Prioritising comfort (short term) over progress (long term) – you’re focusing on what would make you happy right now instead of what would make you happy in the future.

I consult with so many clients, and quite often, the first thing they say is “I’ve been wanting to contact you for ages… but” – and then go on to give me their own reasons as to why they’ve been putting it off.

In essence, the real reason is because of one of the above ???????? 

Pure procrastination and dithering, instead of taking responsibility and driving change.

Let’s face it, we know change is going to be uncomfortable… there’s no denying that – but we also know that this comfort we are feeling now is because you’re not progressing – pure stagnation.

Time waits for no one… the longer you leave your dilemma, the worse it gets.

It’s time to make a move, be bold, and be proactive, and make a start TODAY!
