If mindset is your problem – this could change the game for you!
⚡️The day we were born… our date of birth.
⚡️The day we die… our date of expiry.
⚡️The bit in between… our LIFE SPAN.
During our life span, I think we all ponder over when OUR potential date of expiry will be…
Will I live to 70?
Or perhaps 80?
Maybe even 90 or 100?
So we basically estimate our life span – and think “ahh it’s ok, I’ve got ages left yet!”
Now here’s the thing…
I think that’s wrong, and can lead to a lot of heartbreak (and frustration) further down the line.
The question you should be asking yourself is…
What’s my HEALTH span!? ????
There’s a part of your life you’re forgetting about…
The part where you aren’t healthy enough to ENJOY life.
To be PAIN FREE,
To be MOBILE enough to travel,
To NOT depend on others, and live a FULFILLING life so that each day you can wake up and be EXCITED by what that day has in store.
▪️Imagine a life where you’re in constant pain.
▪️Imagine a life with no ability to travel.
▪️Imagine a life where you can’t play with grandchildren.
▪️Imagine a life where the sofa is the extent of your freedom.
▪️Imagine a life with a dependency on medication to just get by.
This is the reality… and it’s a reality that we often forget when thinking about our remaining time on this earth.
Here’s something to ponder… ????
1️⃣ Do you want to live to 90, with a health span of 0-60?
2️⃣ Do you want to live to 80, with a health span of 0-77?
I know what I want…
I want my time on this earth to be as happy, as free, and as fulfilling as physically possible!

And when I clock out, I want to know that I’ve lived my life to the fullest, and taken from it everything that I possibly could.
So for me, it’s 2️⃣ all day long!
Now it goes without saying, that for 2️⃣ to become a reality. I will need to do the following…
???? Train my body regularly.
???? Nourish it with high quality nutrients daily.
???? Respect it by not filling it with toxicity.
???? Learn to know when to recharge and revitalise.
???? Build a healthy immune system to enable it to function efficiently.
???? Take care of it’s operating system (the brain) and be sure to keep that in good working order.
We are very guilty of leaving things too late…
This shows a distinct lack of awareness of the harsh reality of life – and quality life.
Don’t make this mistake.
NB: My dad passed away recently, and right up til his death, he was still living life to the full.
